Please keep in mind that the Emergency Service is separate from our normal hours service, therefore the service rates differ.
OIL DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS
Due to the automated nature of our dispatch system oil delivery orders cannot be cancelled.
If you attempt cancellation after placing an emergency oil delivery order, you will be charged a $50.00 delivery fee. We cannot cancel deliveries when the driver is already at your address.

BURNER SERVICE AND REPAIR CANCELLATIONS
YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL!!!
Appointments CANNOT be cancelled if there’s less than 24 hours remaining to your appointment. If you attempt cancellation in that case, you will be charged the full service rate for techician’s time and expense.
We cannot cancel appointments when the technician is already on the way to your address.
