Refunds/Price Adjustments: If you ordered a fillup, we’ll automatically adjust the amount to reflect the actual number of gallons delivered. You do not need to call. You’ll see the adjustment posted to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
If you have an issue with your order, please call 516-246-2126. Please do not contact us with questions about delivery timeframes, as we are unable to provide these. Your assigned oil company will deliver your oil on their scheduled route within 48 hours of ordering.
